Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Please note, if an item is listed for sale as ‘Preorder’, that item may take between 4 to 8 weeks for the order to arrive for shipping. Please read all item descriptions to understand item availability.
All parcels are sent Express with a tracking number through Australia Post or similar. If no one is available at the time of delivery Australia Post or similar will leave a calling card. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office.
All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
In the very unlikely case that a product you have purchased is unavailable we will contact you immediately. If the transaction has been processed, we will reverse the payment. We will then inform you when the product will be available. For any enquires regarding this please email email@example.com and you will receive a prompt response.
